Founded by Dr. Pasupathi in 2010, CxSYS (known as IntelSys till 2016) was designed to empower doctors and clinic administrators in managing clinic operations with efficiency and precision. Recognizing the gap in business knowledge among his peers, Dr. Pasupathi introduced CxSYS as a training tool, guiding users towards effective management practices. This system has played a pivotal role in the success of several clinic groups, providing them with a solid foundation for both clinical excellence and business growth. Some of these groups have even attracted investment from multinational conglomerates, recognizing the potential for continued expansion.
CxSYS seamlessly integrates multiple essential systems, which could otherwise cost thousands individually, into a single, comprehensive solution tailored to meet the needs of clinics.
Through ongoing collaboration with both in-house and external ICT experts, we are committed to advancing patient care and practice management solutions for Malaysian GPs. Notably, CxSYS is the first system for clinics in Malaysia to incorporate HL7 and DICOM standards, and it stands as the pioneering ERP solution enabling clinics to operate effectively without the need for external systems.
